Profile
Roasted spice, spoon sweets, dried fruit, and caramelised citrus.
The texture is smooth and almost buttery, lifted gently by volatile acidity. Long, steady, and quietly persistent through the finish.
Pairing & Mixology
Aeriko works best with slower, more restrained flavours. Lean meats, game, aged cheeses, rice pudding, cheesecake, or darker chocolate all sit naturally beside it.
Less suited to cocktails. Better treated as something to sit with slowly on its own.
Serve slightly chilled, around 10°C.

Vinification
The artwork shows a lion spirit moving through the vineyards, drawing from the story of Agios Mamas, just like our Διετής.
At heart, they are the same wine, separated only by time. Here, the lion appears older, quieter, and almost ethereal.
