Our family has been making Commandaria for generations.
It’s what we know best, so we keep at it.
(EN: two-year-old)
Our classic Commandaria. Versatile, approachable, and built on continuity.
(EN: small-batches)
We experiment with every vintage, deepening our understanding and pushing the limits of what Commandaria can be.
When something is truly worth sharing, we’ll bottle it in small batches.
Discover Commandaria, its flavours, culture, and traditions.
Walk-ins are always welcome, reservations are appreciated.
A guided tour and tasting through Revecca’s old home.
Three styles of Commandaria, and an introduction to the land, the people and the traditions that continue to shape it today.
Spend an afternoon with us in Agios Mamas.
After placing our roast in the wood-fired oven, we’ll leave the museum and explore the village on foot, wine glass in hand.
We’ll visit the fermentation shed, the cellar, and whatever work the season brings, tasting wines rarely bottled and seldom shared beyond the family.
Back at the winery, the roast comes out of the oven, and we gather around the table for a family-style meal, Commandaria cocktails, and conversation.
11:00 – Welcome drinks at the museum and introduction to the afternoon.
11:30 – Place the roast in the wood-fired oven and set off through Agios Mamas. Something to look forward to when we get back.
11:40 – First stop at the fermentation shed. A detailed look at the winemaking process, with a tasting of fresh wines from the tanks.
12:20 – Second stop at the maturation cellar, with tastings of older vintages.
13:00 – Seasonal stop. Could be at the vineyard, drying racks, clay pots, village church, or whatever work is taking place that day.
13:40 – Return to the museum and take lunch out of the oven.
We are not a restaurant, and aren’t trying to be one. The food is always a hearty meal, served family-style, just like a meal shared at home.
The menu changes, but expect a traditional roast, village salad, dips, bread and seasonal dishes.
We’re happy to accomodate all of your dietary preferences.
15:00 – No rush. Stay around the table for as long as you’d like.
* It is really as simple as it sounds. Be our special guests for a day, and we’ll show you behind the scenes of Commandaria.
It’s a all grounded, authentic, hands-on.
We often host lively gatherings at the winery: courtyard dinners, vineyard walks, workshops.
Hearty food, good pours, and plenty of conversation. More like being invited over than attending an event.
We keep numbers small on purpose, allowing for real connection with guests.

Profile
Classic aromas of dried fruit, honey, and subtle spice.
Bright acidity balances the wine’s natural sweetness, while gentle tannins give structure and lift. The focus stays on the fruit and the character of sun-drying, with oak playing a quieter role.
Pairing & Mixology
Bright, fresh, and versatile. Especially comfortable alongside richer dishes, where its acidity and sweetness can cut through weight and salt. Pork, aged cheeses, fries, curries, and sharp greens all work naturally with it.
It is equally at home in cocktails. Long drinks, sours, or simply mixed with lager and lemon.
Serve slightly chilled, around 10°C, or over ice.
