Profile
Classic aromas of dried fruit, honey, and subtle spice.
Bright acidity balances the wine’s natural sweetness, while gentle tannins give structure and lift. The focus stays on the fruit and the character of sun-drying, with oak playing a quieter role.
Pairing & Mixology
Bright, fresh, and versatile. Especially comfortable alongside richer dishes, where its acidity and sweetness can cut through weight and salt. Pork, aged cheeses, fries, curries, and sharp greens all work naturally with it.
It is equally at home in cocktails. Long drinks, sours, or simply mixed with lager and lemon.
Serve slightly chilled, around 10°C, or over ice.
